Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be requested by contacting our Customer Support Team at +995 514 10 99 00 or e-mail: contact@roniner.com. Roniner LLC has a various cancellation policy concerning the Private tours and Packages.

Private tours:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 10 days prior to service subject with no cancellation fee
• Cancellations accepted from 5 to 10 days are subject to the 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations accepted from 1 to 5 days are subject to the 100% cancellation fee

Packages:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 21 days prior to package tour subject with no cancellation fee
• Cancellations accepted from 14 to 21 days are subject to the 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations accepted from 1 to 14 days are subject to the 100% cancellation fee

Credit Card Policy

We will make every effort to maintain confidentiality when securing an online payment. This consists the security of your credit card details and other personal information. All of your personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

• Disclaimer: Roniner LLC accepts no liability or responsibility and will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorized access occurring in connection with the provision of credit/debit card data. Roniner LLC will not be responsible or liable for any action or decision made by you in reliance on the information with regard to credit/debit card usage on this website even if Roniner LLC has been advised of the possibility of these damages.
• We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
• We accept credit cards issued across various geographies, however, we may keep certain credit cards issued by certain countries blocked on our website/mobile site during the booking process.
• We accept credit cards that have been unlocked by the respective issuing banks to be used on e-commerce websites. In case your debit/credit card does not work on the site/mobile site kindly contact your issuing bank to get it activated. Banks may replace your old card with a new one that allows you to transact on e-commerce websites.
• The bookings shall be delivered to your registered email address once the payment has been confirmed by our payment gateway.

The User warrants agree and confirm that when he/she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/her card/bank details:

• The user is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit/debit card, bank account for such transactions;
• The user is responsible to ensure that the card/bank account details provided by him/her are accurate;
• The user is authorizing the debit of the nominated card/bank account for the payment of Roniner LLC;
• The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee.

The User agrees that, to the extent required or permitted by law, Roniner, and/or the Payment Service Provider(3) may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security-related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with the legal requirement.

Reminder

The failure of the website to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Roniner LLC.  Your use of the website and the terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Georgia (country) and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia (country). Nevertheless, the website reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location.
